- A friend you know who say they can tile
- A tradesman who’s primary trade is something else (such as plumbing or plastering for example)
How do you tell who is an actual professional tiler and who isn’t?
- Always ask for proof of their previous work and ask if you can contact previous customers
- Look at a portfolio; whether online or in hard-copy, you and the tiler will both be happy to share these details
